6 Steps to Make A Libra Man Fall In Love

As I was reading few posts on Love & Libra, as I'm a Libra myself, I found out that not all Libra's are the same. I want to share with you guys on this.

The Libra man is extremely popular with women due to his ability to relate to them on an almost feminine level. He is also charming, elegant, and refined – and appreciates the same in a mate. Libra man is romantic, but can also be fickle. He’s typically spoiled by the opposite sex, so you must catch his attention before it’s too late.

  1. Capture his interest quickly. If you don’t enchant a Libra man from the get-go, he’ll soon move on to more interesting conquests. Practice with has made him an impatient catch, but also a suave lover. Catching his eye from the first is a sure way to make a Libra man fall in love.
  2. Compliment him – regularly. The Libra man is a great conversationalist, but his favorite topic is himself. Compliment him as generously as you truthfully can, and you’ll soon win him over. Pointing out how smart he is, and how much you learn from him will gain you extra points (but only if it’s true).
  3. Tell him how good he is in bed if you’ve been intimate. The Libra man is always good in this department, but he also needs to be told just how good he is. He is very responsive to flattery and admiration, and his skills will only improve with your compliments.
  4. Dress well and show that you have good taste. The Libra man dotes on luxury and appearance. Libras like to be proud of their dates, so make sure you go the extra mile to look nice anytime he’ll be near.
  5. Set the right atmosphere. The Libra man finds the wrong kind of setting disturbing. Invite him to your house, with romance in mind. Soft light and music, with a delicious dinner (cooked by you is best) served by candlelight will soon make a Libra man fall in love. If you're going to a restaurant, the more expensive and luxurious - the better. The Libra man believes no price is too high for his pleasure.
  6. Don’t hold back in conversation with the Libra man. Go all out – and get it all out. The Libra man believes that “too much too soon” is far better than “too little too late”. Let him see who you are right from the beginning, truthfully and without lies, and you can make a Libra man fall in love.

Spicing Up Your Sex Life

(This post contains sexually explicit materials and contents. You must be 18 years old (21 in some jurisdictions to view this material. If such material offends you, or you are not of legal age, please close this page now!...Please note that the blogger is not to be blamed or accused in anyways.)
*This link shows the ages at which people of different sexualities can legally have sex in different countries. Age of Consent

Every couple needs to change up their sexual routine every now and again so it doesn't become just that a routine. "Sexual experimentation" is key for keeping a long-term relationship fresh, fun and fulfilling. Opening up about your desires can also bring you and your partner closer together. "Experimenting with each other requires a willingness to be vulnerable, which improves intimacy too."

There are 13 kinds of Sex Every Couple Should Have!*
*please note that whatever I'm trying to put up or make a point here doesn't aquire for every human being to do it. It's based on their own desire and moreover its Sex Knowledge.Sexual position varies though.
  • Holiday Sex
If there's a three-day weekend associated with any holiday, you better believe that couples are getting busy between the sheets. Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and especially New Year's Eve see a spike in sexual activity and conception in the United States, according to biorhythm researchers. No wonder. Who doesn't want to start the New Year off right?
  • Make-Up Sex
A passionate argument can lead to some just-as-passionate action between the sheets. Fighting causes dopamine and adrenaline levels to rise, making you and your partner excitable in more ways than one. Every couple faces occasional conflict, and sex after a disagreement can be a great way to get your relationship back on track. "When you're upset with each other, you need to be able to get over it and move on,". "Sex changes the momentum after an argument."
  • Vacation Sex
The two of you may be tucked away in a private room, but the deed can still feel thrillingly public. And those crisp, clean sheets are just begging to be rumpled. Best of all, a vacation can be a great opportunity to re-connect with your partner sexually. "One of the benefits of a vacation should be to renew your sexual intimacy,". If you usually plan every minute of a trip, make sure you schedule time for sex. For example, plan to stay at the hotel until mid-morning or to come right back to your room after dinner for a relaxing night together.
  • Animalistic Sex
A sense of urgency can turn up the heat in a major way. Being aggressive can be fun and unexpected -- romance with a twist. After all, it's an element of mystery that defines romance. "It's when you don't quite know what to expect,". So if you're in the mood, ripping each others clothes off and skimping on foreplay could be an exciting change of pace.
  • Comfort Sex
Like meatloaf and mashed potatoes, sometimes you just need something that's simple, familiar and satisfying. It's one way to provide love and support when you or your partner has had a rough day or is feeling down. This is when it might be time to use your favorite stand-by position, one that you and your partner always enjoy. "When it comes to the climax, sometimes it needs to be in a certain way, and that's OK,".
  • Hope We Don't Get Caught Sex
If you're at a boring party or family gathering, add a little spice to the evening by sneaking away to the spare bedroom. The possibility of getting caught adds a new level of excitement to your sex life and can even give you a reason to look forward to spending the holidays with the in-laws.
  • Fulfill-Your-Fantasy Sex
Everyone has sexual fantasies, and as long as both you and your partner feel comfortable acting them out, there's no reason you shouldn't try them. "We should be pursuing each other's fantasies, assuming they're appropriate,". For example, if your partner has always dreamed of doing the deed on a boat, why not rent one and spend a romantic night at sea?  All aboard!
  • Quickie Sex
If you're pressed for time, don't write off sex just yet -- this is when "the quickie" comes in handy. Just make sure it's something both parties want; an unfulfilling experience for either one of you can foster resentment and, over time, weaken the relationship. When someone says yes to sex when she really means no, "she's not doing him a favor; she's making a mistake,". "It will turn her off to him sexually long-term."
  • Romantic, Sensual Sex
Taking the time to savor sex without rushing through it can be luxurious and fulfilling on many levels. Connecting with your partner by taking it slow means you get to enjoy every moment of being together and lets you take advantage of the emotional connection that makes sex better. Whether it takes candles, music or some bubbly, building the mood can provide a major boost between the sheets.
  • All-Over-the-House Sex
Switching up your lovemaking location can be a great way to inject some spontaneity into a relationship, which in turn can make your partner feel even more desirable. "Spontaneity is beautiful. It's fun and exciting,". "Too often people get into a routine where they have sex at the same time, at the same place."  If you and your partner are doing the laundry together, for example, pulling him or her close for a quick rendezvous can be surprising and refreshing. It's good, clean fun- no detergent required! Hehe.
  • Outdoor Sex
You tell your kids to go play outside- now it's time to practice what you preach! Bringing your sexual escapades outside can be fun and invigorating. If you're camping in a tent or live on a large piece of property, those can be great opportunities to try something new. But to avoid legal problems, it's best to keep your shenanigans private. "The caution is to make sure you're somewhere where you could not be in the public eye,". So venture outside to learn more about the birds and the bees.
  • Position of the Week Sex
Trying out a new position offers the chance to learn more about what brings your partner pleasure. Some positions work better than others for helping a woman orgasm, and experimenting with new ones can give you a better feel for what works- and what doesn't. Mixing it up keeps sex fresh and prevents it from becoming routine,. That makes it more likely you and your partner will keep doing it literally.
  • Marathon Sex
Come rain, snow, sleet or hail, when the weather gets frightful this winter there's no better excuse to spend an entire day in bed. Think of it as Bedroom Olympics. Work together for a common goal, like breaking your record for how many times you can do the horizontal tango in a row. When your sexual energy is finally tapped out, you'll both be exhausted and satisfied.

The Mayan Calendar

What is Maya Calendar actually?
The Maya Calendar is a system of distinct calendars and almanacs used by the Maya civilization of pre-Columbian Mesoamerica, and by some modern Maya communities in highland Guatemala.
*is an annual publication containing tabular information in a particular field or fields often arranged according to the calendar.

These calendars can be synchronized and interlocked, their combinations giving rise to further, more extensive cycles. The essentials of the Maya calendric system are based upon a system which had been in common use throughout the region, dating back to at least the 6th century BC. It shares many aspects with calendars employed by other earlier Mesoamerican civilizations, such as the Zapotec and Olmec, and contemporary or later ones such as the Mixtec and Aztec calendars.

Although the Mesoamerican calendar did not originate with the Maya, their subsequent extensions and refinements of it were the most sophisticated. Along with those of the Aztecs, the Maya calendars are the best-documented and most completely understood.

In the Maya mythological tradition, as documented in Colonial Yucatec accounts and reconstructed from Late Classic and Postclassic inscriptions, the deity Itzamna is frequently credited with bringing the knowledge of the calendar system to the ancestral Maya, along with writing in general and other foundational aspects of Maya culture.
*In Yucatec Maya mythology, Itzamna was the name of an upper god and creator deity thought to be residing in the sky.

Ancient Mayan Civilization

Chichen Itza built by the Maya Civilization
  1. The Pyramid of Kukulkan at Chichén Itzá, constructed circa 1050 was built during the late Mayan period, when Toltecs from Tula became politically powerful.
  2. The pyramid was used as a calendar: four stairways, each with 91 steps and a platform at the top, making a total of 365, equivalent to the number of days in a calendar year.
  3. The Maya calendar was adopted by the other Mesoamerican nations, such as the Aztecs and the Toltec, which adopted the mechanics of the calendar unaltered but changed the names of the days of the week and the months.
  1. The Maya calendar uses three different dating systems in parallel, the Long Count, the Tzolkin (divine calendar), and the Haab (civil calendar).
  2. Of these, only the Haab has a direct relationship to the length of the year.
  3. A typical Mayan date looks like this: 12.18.16.2.6, 3 Cimi 4 Zotz.
12.18.16.2.6 is the Long Count Date
3 Cimi is the Tozolkin Date
4 Zotz is the Haab Date

Aztec Calendar.
The Aztec calendar was an adaptation of the Mayan calendar.
It consisted of a 365-day agricultural calendar,
as well as a 260-day sacred calendar.

Did the Mayas Think A Year Was 365 Days????

Although there were only 365 days in the Haab year, the Mayas were aware that a year is slightly longer than 365 days.

When the Long Count was put into motion, it was started at 7.13.0.0.0, and 0 Yaxkin corresponded with Midwinter Day, as it did at 13.0.0.0.0 back in 3114 B.C.E. The available evidence indicates that the Mayas estimated that a 365-day year precessed through all the seasons twice in 7.13.0.0.0 or 1,101,600 days.

We can therefore derive a value for the Mayan estimate of the year by dividing 1,101,600 by 365, subtracting 2, and taking that number and dividing 1,101,600 by the result, which gives us an answer of 365.242036 days, which is slightly more accurate than the 365.2425 days of the Gregorian calendar.

*this apparently accuracy could however be a simple coincidence. The Mayas estimated that a 365-day year precessed through all the seasons twice in 7.13.0.0.0 days. These numbers are only accurate to 2-3 digits. Suppose the 7.13.0.0.0 days had corresponded to 2.001 cycles rather than 2 cycles of the 365-day year, would the Mayas have noticed?

In the ancient times, the Mayans had a tradition of a 360-day a year. But by the 4th century B.C.E. ,they took a different approach than the Europeans or Asians. They maintained three different calendars at the same time. In one of them, they divided a 365-day year into (18) 20-day months followed by a 5-day period that was part of no month. The day period was considered to be unlucky.

Chinese Zodiac (Part 2)

As my previous post, this is the Part 2...
This is another different compatibility version. My compatibility of the Dragon with the compatibility of my partner Tiger.

Because both possess personalities that are difficult to resist, the Tiger and the Dragon cannot help but be drawn to each other initially. However, in time the Dragon's need for control and the Tiger's need for independence will create friction. As lovers they will make a memorable pair if they can overcome their opposing needs. Their overall compatibility rating is 60%.

More About DRAGON
Active, Determined, Confident, Enterprising, Versatile, Scrupulous and Lucky.
The Dragon is the most celebrated sign of the Chinese Zodiac. They are powerful and very lucky, warm-hearted and full of blazing energy. Dragons are intelligent beings born with endless charisma, which ensures they influence the actions of those around them and often makes them the center of attentional place they enjoy being. Dragons are known for giving good advice. Just as they are lucky with money, so too are they lucky in love.
Dragons have a talent for managing projects from there inception to there end with great success. Although their egos may be a bit inflated, they do make good leaders. While Dragons may acquire great wealth, it is power they truly want. Dragons are usually gracious winners and, conversely, very poor losers.

Being a leader is the natural role of the Dragon. Those who learn to be flexible, compassionate and tolerant may become great leaders.

More about TIGER
Assertive, Adventurous, Independent, Inventive, Generous, Restless and Impulsive.
Charismatic and self-assured, Tigers were born to lead. This gives them an air of authority most find hard to resist. They are charming and fun, yet never lose sight or stop pursuing their goals or relinquish control. The Tigers' courage is without limit and they rarely lose a fight regardless of the arena. The Tiger is the king of seduction. They are dignified and affectionate. The primal nature of their being makes them very attractive to almost all.

Tigers are moody and can strike at those around them without warning. A Tiger's feelings run deep and are extraordinarily intense. They do not handle stress well and can be overly emotional. An angry Tiger is something to fear. Tigers are often excessive in their behavior and a little moderation could go a long way in making them happier. When Tigers remain centered and focus their energy on worthy pursuits they will achieve great things.

Chinese Zodiac (Part 1)

Lets check out what Chinese Zodiac has to say... For me, I fall under the Year of the Dragon under the Chinese Zodiac..And my partner falls under the Year of the Tiger. There are complications where the compatibility is concern but as much as I believe in myself, it isn't a problem until you cause one to happen. Right?? There are lots of sites where the compatibility varies, some say Dragon & Tiger can't get along, some says it can. Owh well, that up to your beliefs.

In the Chinese Zodiac, the twelve animals or twelve signs of belonging representing the Twelve Earthly Branches are in order: The Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep (or Goat), Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig (or Boar)...

As for someone born on the Year of Dragon, these are the facts:
(P/S: Note that most of it applies for me, but it may not suit for others.)

Personality

Occupying the 5th position in the Chinese Zodiac, the Dragon is the mightiest of the signs. Dragons symbolize such character traits as dominance and ambition. Dragons prefer to live by their own rules and if left on their own, are usually successful. They’re driven, unafraid of challenges, and willing to take risks. They’re passionate in all they do and they do things in grand fashion. Unfortunately, this passion and enthusiasm can leave Dragons feeling exhausted and interestingly, unfulfilled.

While Dragons frequently help others, rarely will they ask for help. Others are attracted to Dragons, especially their colorful personalities, but deep down, Dragons prefer to be alone. Perhaps that is because they’re most successful when working alone. Their preference to be alone can come across as arrogance or conceitedness, but these qualities aren’t applicable. Dragons have tempers that can flare fast!

Health

Considering their hard-working nature, Dragons are healthy overall. They do get stressed and suffer from periodic tension/headaches, likely because they take so many risks. Dragons could benefit from incorporating mild activity into their lives. Yoga or walking would be good as these activities can work both their minds and their bodies.

Career

Dragons prefer leading to being led. Jobs that allow them to express their creativity are good choices. Some good careers include: inventor, manager, computer analyst, lawyer, engineer, architect, broker, and sales person.

Relationships

Dragons will give into love, but won’t give up their independence. Because they have quick, sometimes vengeful tempers, their partners need to be tough-skinned. Dragons enjoy others who are intriguing, and when they find the right partners, they’ll usually commit to that person for life.

Dragons and the 5 elements

Metal Dragons – Years 1940 and 2000

Metal strengthens this already strong sign. Metal Dragons are more determined and they’ll fight for what they believe in. They enjoy the company of those who feel mighty enough to challenge their beliefs. They’re true leaders and usually find plenty of others willing to follow.

Water Dragons – Years 1952 and 2012

Water calms the Dragon’s fire. Water Dragons are able to see things from other points of view. They don’t have the need to always be right. Their decisions, if well-researched, are usually better since they allow other’s to become involved.

Wood Dragons – 1904 and 1964

Wood Dragons also are willing to entertain the opinions of others. Their artistic side is strong, and Wood Dragons enjoy being creative and innovative. They get along with others, but will always be the dominating force.

Fire Dragons – 1916 and 1976

A Fire Dragon’s emotions can flare instantly. Fire Dragons put themselves on pedestals, and because they react quickly and recklessly, they sometimes make wrong decisions. Fire Dragons need to slow down and keep their tempers in check as that’s when they’re best.

Earth Dragons – Years 1928 and 1988

More rooted in the ground, Earth Dragons make better decisions because they act more rationally. Earth Dragons are level-headed and able to control their behaviors. They’re more supportive of others, but they prefer being admired by others.

Compatibility

Dragons are compatible with the Monkey or Rat and incompatible with the Ox and Goat.

And, as for my partner whose born on the Year of Tiger, facts are as below;
(P/S: Note that most of it applies for my partner, but it may not suit for others.)

Personality

Occupying the 3rd position on the Chinese Zodiac, the Tiger symbolizes such character traits as bravery, competitiveness and unpredictability. Tigers love to be challenged and will accept any challenge if it means protecting a loved one or protecting their honor. They don’t worry about the outcome because they know they’ll always land on their feet. Don’t let their calm appearance fool you though; Tigers will pounce when they feel it’s necessary.

Born to lead, Tigers can be stubborn if they realize they’re not in charge. They have a slight tendency to be selfish but overall, Tigers are extremely generous. They’re very intelligent and they’re always on alert. Tigers are very charming and are well-liked by others. They are not motivated by money or power.

Health

As they do their enemies, Tigers have a tendency to pounce on their work. Afterwards, they’re left feeling exhausted. Although they’ll soon bounce right back, over time this approach can cause problems with their health. Tigers need to develop a more balanced approach to life so they can utilize their energy more efficiently.

Career

Tigers have a continual need to be challenged which may explain why they jump from job to job. This isn’t necessarily a problem because they’re smart and able to quickly master new subjects. The best jobs for Tigers are those that will lead them towards positions of leadership. Some suitable careers for Tigers include: advertising agent, office manager, travel agent, actor, writer, artist, pilot, flight attendant, musician, comedian and chauffeur.

Relationships

Creative in their passion, Tigers will never bore their partners. They’re expressive, polite and trustworthy, but watch out. Tigers tend to dominate their relationships. This tendency is instinctive and when monitored closely, such behavior can be kept under control. Partners need to be equally active to keep up with the Tiger’s sense of adventure.

Tigers and the 5 elements

Metal Tiger – Years 1950 and 2010

Assertive, competitive and sharp, once Metal Tigers set their sights on their goals there’s no stopping them. They’ll always do what’s necessary to remain at the center of attention. Metal Tigers tend to jump to conclusions; a behavior they need to work at improving.

Water Tiger – Years 1902 and 1962

Water Tigers are sensitive and tranquil. They realize that other people have worthy opinions too. They’re very intuitive which makes them good at accurately judging different situations.

Wood Tiger – Years 1914 and 1974

Not feeling the need to be in charge, Wood Tigers work well with others. Others enjoying being around Wood Tigers because they’re very giving individuals. They’re compassionate and willing to do whatever is necessary to help others.

Fire Tiger – Years 1926 and 1986

Expressive, vibrant and a bit eccentric, Fire Tigers are always looking at the positive side of every situation. Because they’re able to generate excitement in others, they’re considered excellent leaders. When Fire Tigers speak, others listen – and do what they’re told!

Earth Tiger – Years 1938 and 1998

More grounded in reality, Earth Tigers don’t get carried away by the circumstances of their situations. Instead, they sit back and evaluate all angles before jumping in. They’re able to stay focused on their tasks; a trait that helps ensure success.

Compatibility

Tigers are compatible with a Dog and a Horse and are incompatible with a Goat and an Ox.

Five Spice Pork Chops

A must try dish. I'll upload more pictures soon.
Grilled pork with a spicy marinade. Serve as a snack or atop stir fried vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3 large pork loin chops - bone-in (about 1 lb)
  • Half teaspoon peppercorns (any dried variety)
  • 1 medium star anise
  • 1 stalk lemongrass - peeled and finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic - halved
  • 1 medium shallot - quartered
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons thin soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon roasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Half teaspoon five-spice powder

Preparation

1. Place the pork chops on a flat work surface and using a meat pounder or rolling pin wrapped in wax paper, pound to 1/2-inch thick.
2. In a mortar or blender, pound or grind the peppercorns and star anise to a fine powder. Add the lemongrass, garlic, and shallot and pound or blend until a puree forms. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and five-spice powder and mix well.
3. Put the pork chops in a shallow bowl, add the marinade, and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight or marinate at room temperature for 2 hours.
4. Heat a grill to high. Bring the pork chops to room temperature.
5. Remove the chops from the marinade and grill over high heat, turning once, until nicely charred on both sides, about 8 minutes total.
6. Transfer to a cutting board and cut each chop into several strips, leaving the bone attached. Reassemble the strips on a serving platter to look like whole chops.
Serve with Nuoc Cham or other dipping sauce.
This recipe also works well with boneless chicken thighs or other white meat.

Taco Lasagna

Thinkin of doing this recipe soon. I'll upload more pictures from my encounter with lasagna. When lasagna is concern, I'm pretty sure Garfield is there.. Hehehe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground beef I use extra lean
  • 1/2 cup Green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 1 pkg Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) Black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Mexican diced tomatoes undrained
  • 6 wh Flour tortillas (8 INCHES)
  • 1 can (16 oz) Refried beans
  • 3 cups Shredded mexican cheese low fat if desired
Preparation:

In a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add water and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 2 minutes.
Stir in the black beans and tomatoes. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Place two tortillas in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Spread with half of the refried beans and beef mixture; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining tortillas and cheese. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Note: I've been searching ups and downs for tortilla flour in the supermarkets here but my efforts turned zero. But well, I managed to get a recipe of making them & it is pretty easy to make. The recipe is as below;

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cups of water (many substitute warm milk for a fluffier texture)
  • 1/2 cups vegetable shortening (or lard)
Method:
  1.  Mix flour, salt, & baking powder in a large medium/large bowl.
  2. Cut in shortening/lard until lumps are gone.
  3. Make a hole in the center of the dry ingredients.
  4. Add water, about a half a cup at a time, and work mixture into a dough. Knead until smooth. The dough should be slightly sticky but not hard. You can add slightly more water or flour if needed.
  5. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
  6. Make the dough into balls about the size of eggs.
  7. Using a rolling pin, roll each dough ball into about a 6 inch circle.
  8. Heat griddle or skillet on medium heat without grease.
  9. Cook tortilla 1/2 to 1 minute (if it starts to bubble, that's long enough).
  10. Flip tortilla to the other side and cook for a few seconds.
  11. Continue until all your dough is cooked.
P/S: if its for lasagna, stop at step 7 and place them onto the greased tray instead.

Roasted Chili Rub Chicken

Ingredients:

(Step 1)

1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1½ tbsp Chilli Powder
1-1½ tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
2 tbsp fresh Thyme
Unsalted Butter
2 tbsp Dijon mustard

(Step 2)

3 Rosemary
3-4 cloves of garlic.

Method:

Baste all the ingredients onto the chicken as in Step 1 & insert rosemary into the chicken & also few cloves of garlic to add fragrance in Step 2.
Preheat the oven to 260°C. Rinse the chicken inside and out with cold water, then dry it very well with paper towels, inside and out. The less it steams, the drier the heat, the better.
Salt and pepper the cavity, then truss the bird. Trussing is not difficult, and if you roast chicken often, it's a good technique to feel comfortable with. Well in the beginning I had some trouble to truss the bird but after some time I had a hold of the bird. When you truss a bird, the wings and legs stay close to the body; the ends of the drumsticks cover the top of the breast and keep it from drying out. Trussing helps the chicken to cook evenly, and it also makes for a more beautiful roasted bird.

Now, salt the chicken. I like to rain the salt over the bird so that it has a nice uniform coating that will result in a crisp, salty, flavorful skin (about 1 tablespoon). When it's cooked, you should still be able to make out the salt baked onto the crisp skin. Season to taste with pepper.

Place the chicken in a saute pan or roasting pan and I add butter as in cubes around the chicken. You also can add in onions, potatoes, carrots and celery if you wish. When the oven is up to temperature, put the chicken in the oven. Roast it until an instant crisp colour, use a fork or any sharp object to check whether the chicken is cooked. The whole process is about 40 - 50 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven and to the plate. Baste the chicken with the juices and let it rest for 15 minutes on a cutting board.

Tip: Pour all the juices from the tray into a sauce pan & heat it in slow heat. Add in few small cubes of unsalted butter and stir evenly. While stirring, add in corn flour and dissolve it with water in a cup and pour it little by little. You don't want your sauce to turn too thick. Add in salt & pepper to taste.
And Serve.

Freshwater Rod & Reel

When it comes to the word "Fishing" what do you actually know?? Some may say fishing is actually catching fish. Some it's called recreational fishing. Recreational and sport fishing describes fishing for pleasure or competition.

I wouldn't say I've been fishing since I had my memory..hehe but I've been fishing at the age of 4. First, started to follow my dad & my uncle's to fishing spots & picnics... At that time, all I ever did was sit on a mat & eat junkies or biscuits in the middle of the jungle. I knew fishing has something to do with the water & the fish, but I never knew fishes eats the bait n the process goes on..

Owh well, lets get back to the topic. Hehe.. I've loved fishing equipments alot. And what I mean alot is from tackle which consists of rods, reels and travel kits. Lures and lines are in too, sure ain't forgetting that. Additional accessories are optional though.

I love Daiwa's rods and reels because it's like the most perfect quality assured equipments and it is also one of the best brands in the world. It's hard to find Daiwa's stuff here in Malaysia but if your a die-hard angler, most people say "when there's a will, there's a way". Daiwa's first spinning reel rolled off the assembly line in 1955. Since then, the company has grown into one of the largest and most influential tackle companies in the world today. Well it's about 54 years of experience they have on tackles. From the very beginning, Daiwa's emphasis has been upon innovation and quality. The result is a long list of product features, design and materials that have become standards for the fishing tackle industry. It is a long-standing record of innovation, the type of innovation that has left a visible mark on the majority of tackle manufactured today, innovation that continues to advance the sport of fishing.

There's a few main fishing style actually. Freshwater fishing, Offshore fishing, Inshore fishing, Surf & Jetty fishing and Fly fishing. Different style of fishing requires different type of rods and reels. You can't use the same rod for all the events. You definitely wouldn't wanna be called a "wierdo" or "estate" in our language. Hehehe.

Final Letter

To;

          You

All the words you said to me,
That seemed to be so true.
Were nothing but thoughtless lies,
That I thought would never come from you.

They seemed so real and seemed so true.
I was beginning to think
That I was in love with you.

But I should of known it was all an act,
That I was just another part.
Just another guy to add

To your list of broken hearts.

I wonder why I still think about you,
After all your lies and sweet talking words.
I think its because you made me feel

Like I was your special guy.

I thought I was, I thought you cared, and that I was the only one.
But all you wanted to have was just fun of breaking my heart.

I could never be with you
After what I knew.
You never had time for me...

Thats what this is mostly all about.

I'm not telling you exactly what I know.
You can deny it all you want,
But i'm deciding to let you go.

But I will never forget you not matter how hard I try.
Cause you were a part of my life before.
I will always remember you in my years to come
Until my eternal good-bye.

Wishing you all the best & good luck in your wonderful life.
Memories are the best souvenirs,
and never be sad for what is over,
just be glad that it was once yours.

Collection of Broken Heart Quotes

A few collections of some quotes which I would like to share..

Don't Cry Over Someone That Won't Cry Over You

No Girl Is Worth Your Tears & When You Find The One That Is She Won't Make You Cry

If You Really Love Something Set It Free.
If It Comes Back It's Yours, If Not It Wasn't Meant To Be

Some Day You'll Cry For Me Like I Cried For You,
Some Day You'll Miss Me Like I Missed You,
Some Day You'll Need Me Like I Needed You,
Some Day You'll Love Me But I Won't Love You.

Time will make you forget me but time will make me love you more than before.

If I never met you,
I wouldn't like you.
If I didn't like you,
I wouldn't love you.
If I didn't love you
I wouldn't miss you,
but I did, I do and I will.

Forget who hurt you yesterday,
But don't forget who loves you tenderly today.

Love can make you happy but often times it hurts,
but love is only special when you give it to who its worth.

The hardest part of loving someone is knowing when to let go,
and knowing when to say goodbye.

The day you finally decide to love me will be the day
after the day I have given up on chasing you.

Moving on is simple,
it's what you leave behind that makes it so difficult.

Should I hate you because you hurt me?
Or should I love you because you made me feel special?

Money can't mend a broken heart;
that's Love's job,
and you can't get that job.

I was born the day you kissed me,
died the day you left me,
but lived for the time that you loved me.

One day you will seek love
and be sorry that you threw mine away.

Now that I have loved so purely and deeply,
I have realized how lonely I really am.

Don't ever give up if you still want to try,
Don't ever wipe your tears if you still want to cry.
Don't ever settle for an answer if you still want to know.
Don't ever say you don't love him if you can't let him go.

You said you didn't want to see me get hurt,
so does that mean you closed your eyes when I cried?
